After enduring the profound loss of my mother and father, I found myself navigating the depths of grief. My mother passed away in February 2022, following the heart-wrenching losses of my father in January 2021 and other beloved family members in the same year. In the midst of this sadness, I recognized the pressing need for healing. My journey toward recovery was anchored in my faith in God, the unwavering love of my family, the comfort of good food, and the invaluable guidance of Dr. Monifa Jones through her Healing 101 program.

In reflecting on my cherished loved ones, I longed for a sanctuary where healing, peace, and joy could coexist. Inspired by a divine vision, I set out to create a space that would offer the same healing, joy, and fellowship that had helped me. It was a daunting task, undertaken alone and within the comforts of my home. A pivotal moment came when I checked into the Tru Hotel in York, PA, feeling overwhelmed to the point of contemplating ending my life. Yet, God had greater plans for me. In February 2024, I secured a lease on a building and began transforming it into a haven for others. By May 31, 2024, I proudly served my first customer, marking the birth of the HEAL'N GARDEN. This sanctuary is designed for those seeking comfort, peace, and community.

After three months and 16 days of tireless dedication and obedience, I was overjoyed to announce the arrival of HEAL'N GARDEN—a space filled with good fellowship, delightful food, and a vibrant atmosphere. It’s a place where you can come in pieces and leave in peace. I am profoundly grateful to God, my wife, my children, my sister Stephanie Anderson-Meynard, and my entire family for their unwavering support throughout this journey.ft
